Do you know the feeling when life continues on the surface while the roots quietly deteriorate beneath it. I was recently re-potting plants when this message of how disconnection from the earth, the body, and natural rhythms creates a slow and often invisible depletion of vitality.
The metaphor of a plant surviving without proper rooting reveals a deeper truth about modern life, spiritual seeking, and chronic disembodiment. So many of us remain functional, productive, and outwardly well, while the foundational relationship with the earth, the body, nourishment, and presence erodes over time.
This is a call to return to nature, to soil, water, trees, and the quiet intelligence of the earth. To place hands in dirt, feet on land, and awareness back into the roots that sustain real life.
I love you,
xoxo
